I am delighted to share with you this sneak peek from Vicky & Stu’s wedding at the incredible Merrydale Manor. Situated in Cheshire, Merrydale Manor is stunning wedding venue and is the sister site to Colshaw Hall that is owned by the Irlam family.

I have worked at Merrydale several times and I love working at this venue. It is the perfect setting for any couple to spend the day with their loved ones on their wedding day. What is even better is that today was my first wedding with over 30 guests for 16 months.

Vicky & Stu’s wedding at Merrydale Manor

I joined Vicky and her bridal party in the bridal suite who were busy getting ready with Vicky from Bridal Hair and Makeup of Cheshire. It was a lovely chilled morning and the excitement was growing for the lovely bride Vicky to get into her dress from Elisa Belle Bridal. Once Vicky’s dad came to get her and walk her down the aisle it was time to tie the knot. The groom and all the guests were waiting in the stunning ceremony room at Merrydale Manor and it was a beautiful service and fantastic to see so many of their friends and family together again.

Drinks reception at Merrydale Manor

The weather was perfect for a wedding today and everyone enjoyed the stunning gardens for drinks reception. It was great to see so many people enjoying themselves at a wedding again. This really has been such a long time coming. Towards the end of the drinks reception we captured some formal family photos and couples portraits before the speeches and wedding breakfast.

Evening party at Merrydale Manor

The speeches were brilliant today and the atmosphere for today’s wedding was brilliant. After a few more drinks in the grounds of this spectacular wedding venue in Cheshire it was time for the cake cut, first dance and evening reception.

Although there were still restrictions in place, everyone had a great day and I am so delighted to have been part of the bride and grooms big day. After a few date moves it was fantastic that they worked with me and their suppliers to get the day they wanted.
