Amy & David’s wedding at Delamere Manor
The day started at Delamere Manor for bridal prep with the beautiful bride, the mother of the bride and the bridesmaids. David also stayed the night before at Delamere Manor and so I was able to capture his morning as well. The couple were able to utilise Delamere Manor the morning of the wedding and David was joined with many of his family and friends from Essex where many of the wedding guests were from.
The ceremony was lovely and the bride and groom were treated to one of the hottest days of the year so they tied the knot outside overlooking the Cheshire countryside. After they were officially married the guests threw confetti and it was time for reception drinks.
Reception drinks at Delamere Manor
After the ceremony it was on to outside for the reception drinks.Delamere Manor is the perfect venue for reception drinks, with fantastic views and beautiful surroundings. We did some group photos before the wedding breakfast and waited for couples portraits in the evening as it was a boiling.
Delamere Manor Wedding Photography
Couples portraits are normally done just before the wedding breakfast., but today we waited until after. I always aim to spend 10 or so minutes with the newly weds doing some couples portraits. I always just say, go for a walk, spend some time together and I will get you to stop in a couple of places, no silly poses, no stupid moved – just natural photos of the couple. Delamere Manor has a wide range of opportunities for photos and it was great photographing this Delamere Manor wedding.
A great wedding at Delamere Manor
From the moment I arrived today until the minute I left it was fantastic. Bridal prep, groom prep, the ceremony, the drinks reception and everything else was fantastic. The speeches were great today and both emotional and funny. Speeches are often my favourite part of the day and today was no different. The brides grandad gave a lovely speech and the groom’s speech was great. Emotional and sincere – always the best way! The wedding guests were also lucky enough to experience Cheeky Chilli’s catering which is exceptional food and service.
Today was such a great wedding at Delamere Manor and it was great to work with so many great suppliers. This was my first wedding since the restrictions were lifted on weddings and it was incredible. I now can’t wait for the rest of this years weddings. It is a really busy year and I can’t wait to share them on my blog.
