Millie & Dan’s wedding at Eaves Hall

Eaves Hall wedding photos are some of my favourite weddings photos to share. An incredible wedding venue in the heart of Lancashire. Millie & Dan’s wedding was fantastic and it was great to be a part of it. Getting married outside in the gardens of Eaves Hall is just wonderful. I have worked at Eaves Hall a lot, but this was my first time with an outdoor ceremony. Thanks to Steve Grogan and Dave Scholes – two fantastic photographers and friends for shooting prep for me!

I have worked at Eaves Hall several times now and it really doesn’t matter what time of year you get married at it provides the perfect backdrop for beautiful wedding photos. Today was brilliant and we headed out for around 10 minutes before the wedding breakfast. Giving the bride and groom the opportunity to spend some time alone away from the madness. It was such a lovely wedding and you can tell how much these guys love each other.

What a way to finally get married. It has been a long road for the bride and groom to finally get married, they were delayed four times because of Covid. The brilliant bride and groom were on top form all day as were their friends and family.

I stayed later until 10.30pm for tonights party and I am so pleased I did, I love dance floors like this during a wedding. Millie and Dan utilised the space in Eaves Hall and had their wedding in the hall way rather than the wedding breakfast space.

It was an absolute pleasure photographing this wedding, two of the nicest people you can ever meet.

We booked Andy back in 2019 for our wedding, originally planned for April 2020. This was then postponed to August 2020, April 2021 and our final, fourth date was August 2021. Throughout all of those changes, new dates etc, Andy was not only supportive, but gave the information we needed and the much needed confidence/reassurance our wedding would be able to go ahead in August 2021 without restrictions.
The call we had with Andy before the wedding allows you to talk through details of the day, photos you would particularly like and members of your bridal/groom party and I would recommend having a good think of all of these before the meeting itself too. It was a good chance for us to speak to Andy and to get to know him a little more before the day too.
On the day, Andy was there to continue with a laid back and reassuring response for us both.
I really love the narrative that our photos give of every aspect of our day, particularly from us both getting ready in the morning to when we first meet down the aisle. The photos also include everybody that was there there isn’t one person I can’t find in any of the photos. Thank you ever so much to Andy from all of the communication and time you gave, the support in the pretty long lead up we ended up having for our day and everything that you did for us on that day going above and beyond for us. We are both extremely grateful and love the way you captured a very much long awaited and incredibly special day with our family and friends. Thank you!
