Charnock Farm is a great wedding venue and I am delighted to share this sneak peek with you from Sean & Jemma’s wedding. The barn like extension is a fantastic space for a wedding and is beautifully decorated with high ceilings and real oak beams. You are able to have up to 100 guests during the day and 150 at night! It also has 12 en-suite bedrooms for the nearest and dearest to stay over with you on your wedding night.
Charnock farm is a family owned business which make it far more personable and you can see that in how great all the staff are in taking care of the wedding guests.

Bride & Groom Preparation
I met Sean at his home in Burscough with his two best men. After learning how to tie Windsor knots it was time to head to the farm to meet Jemma, her mum and bridesmaids. It was a fun morning and both looked great. I always enjoy going to both preparations as it adds so much more to the wedding story.
Jemma & Sean’s wedding at Charnock Farm
Jemma & Sean had the whole day at Charnock Farm and it was great, even though it rained for most of it we were still able to get outside for group photos and couples photos. The wedding was ace and everyone seemed to enjoy the day. It was a little different today with a really relaxed feel to it, with no formal wedding breakfast but a massive hog roast for the guests to enjoy! The drinks were flowing all day and I loved being part of it
Couples portraits at Charnock Farm
We didn’t have long at Charnock farm for couples photos as it was raining for most of the day, but when you have a bride who is super cool and doesn’t let the rain put her off couples photos then you know its going to be ace. There is a lovely little lake and we spent 10 minutes around there giving them both a chance to have some time alone and take in the day!
Evening party at Charnock Farm
The evening party was great and I have never seen so much confetti for a first dance. The bride and groom were soon joined by all the wedding guests on the dance floor and Jemma and her salon girls who attended the wedding certainly know how to party!
Jemma and Sean the new Mr and Mrs Griffin, thank you so much for having me along to your wedding.
