On the morning, Meg got ready in the bridal suite, where the excitement was palpable. After the ceremony, drinks and canapes were served in the orangery and towards the end of the drinks we did some group photos and some chilled couples photos before the couple wanted to do a champagne spray which was good fun. It was soon time for the wedding breakfast where the fun really began. Pat Mulligan, the wedding host and DJ, took charge of the entertainment, ensuring that the energy stayed high throughout the evening.
A Rivington Hall Barn Wedding wouldn’t be complete without a lively reception, and Pat definitely delivered. The atmosphere was a perfect mix of tracks that kept guests dancing and entertained The games in between the courses and after the wedding breakfast were a lot of fun.
A Surprise Confetti Cannon at the Rivington Hall Barn
One of the highlights of the Rivington Hall Barn Wedding was the couple’s surprise confetti cannon during their first dance. As Meg and Rob shared their first dance, the confetti cannon exploded as all the guests joined in on the dance floor. With DFC taking over from Pat it was absolutely brilliant all day.
