Lake District Wedding Photography | Punch Bowl Inn | Amy & Anthony

In January I was lucky enough to photograph the wedding of Amy & Anthony who had their wedding reception in the Lake District. I love being a Lancashire Wedding Photographer, as it means I get to shoot incredible weddings throughout the Lake District, Lancashire and the UK.

Personalised Jimmy Choo Shoes and a short walk to the Church Service

Bridal Preparations were at Amy’s mum’s house, which was literally two minutes from the church. After hair and make up was completed, the stunning bride walked over to the church in her personalised Jimmy Choo Wedding Shoes with her mum and dad to tie the knot to with Anthony, who was in a bespoke suit by Richard Smith. It was clear to see how close this lovely couple were.  After the service there was plenty of confetti to go around which is always a great photo opportunity at any wedding.

Punch Bowl Inn – Lake District Wedding Photography

After the service we have an hours drive to the Punch Bowl Inn, Anthony had arranged a surprise car to take the newly married couple up to the Lakes, a luxury Lake District Hotel, offering a unique wedding venue, set in a stunning rural location, situated in the heart of the Lyth Valley at Crosthwaite, Cumbria. This venue was a perfect location for Amy & Anthony to have their wedding reception. It also provided me the opportunity to go for a short walk with the lovely couple to capture them in a natural and relaxed way. The wedding party enjoyed some delicious food before some great speeches, first dance and plenty of dancing by the guests!

My style of photography is mainly documentary, capturing the day as it happens in a natural, relaxed and unobtrusive way. What that means is almost completely unposed wedding photography throughout your wedding day. I want you to spend time with your friends and family and ignore me. I am a really laid back and a relaxed wedding photographer that will capture your wonderful day as it happens, with minimal fuss and no waiting around.
