Emily & Matt’s Wedding at Gibbon Bridge

Emily and her bridesmaids spent the morning getting ready at Gibbon Bridge, with the talented Laura Mayers, The Bridal Make Up Team. We then headed off to where Emily & Matt tied the knot, St Lawrence’s Church in Longridge. Once they were hitched and on the way back to Gibbon Bridge to spend the rest of the day with their friends and family, we stopped in the heart of the Ribble Valley for some beautiful photos , with stunning views and some moody clouds it was the perfect setting for some natural and relaxed wedding photos.

Once back at the hotel it was time for the reception drinks and a few group photos. Before long it was time for the speeches which went down a treat! In the evening the bride and groom had organised The kickstarters wedding band to entertain the guests and they certainly did. I absolutely loved being part of this wedding, Emily & Matt were such great people to photograph and all the guests were brilliant. When you have a room full of Irish people it is always going to be a fun party!!

What the Bride & Groom said about Andy Griffiths Photography as a Gibbon Bridge Wedding Photographer

“Andy is the ideal wedding photographer. In the run up to the big day he helped us at every opportunity. On the day itself his relaxed, easy going manner put us immediately at ease which helped set the mood for the whole day. He was unobtrusive and at times you wouldn’t have known he was there…but judging from the incredible moments he captured in his awesome photos, he didn’t miss a thing! We had big smiles plastered on our faces on the day itself and we can’t stop smiling as we relieve it through his photos. Thank you doesn’t seem to do justice for all his hard work. We would recommend you in a heartbeat Andy, and will make sure we do! Emily and Matthew (Hylands)”
