Kate & Adam’s wedding at Thornton Hall
I joined Kate and her bridesmaids at Thornton Hall capturing moments as they happened. It was a fun morning with Kate and I also joined Adam for a short while. Photographing in a natural and relaxed way. I haven’t laughed as much as I did during bridal preparations for quite some time. The bride and groom were lucky that the weather was incredible so they opted to get married outside at Thornton Hall. They also opted for no photos during the service which is always fantastic. I would always recommend an unplugged wedding! It was such a beautiful service and the bride looked gorgeous. Once they tied the knot it was time for drinks and the celebrations to start! Everyone was having a great time and I really enjoyed being at Thornton Hall to capture it all.
Couples portraits at Thornton Hall
It was such a hot day we waited until after speeches and the wedding breakfast to head out for couples photos and some family formals. It was great to let Kate and Adam spend sometime on their own. I always think it is important to spend sometime away from the madness that is a wedding day, and couples photos gives you that opportunity.
Singing waiters at Thornton Hall
The new Mr & Mrs had arranged a surprise for their wedding guests with Singing Waiters, Silver Service Singers provided some excellent entertainment for the guests and got everyone in the party mode. The guests didn’t have a clue and when the waiter pretended to fall over the guests were concerned but once they all realised it was great and the entertainment was second to none. Everyone up on their feet and dancing.
Evening reception at Thornton Hall
The evening reception was fantastic for Kate and Adam’s wedding at Thornton Hall. Pro booths and the singing waiters provided the entertainment for the guests and the drinks were flowing. There was a great atmosphere all day and evening and I loved being a part of this wedding. The first dance was stolen by the page boy who danced fantastically dressed as the greatest showman. It was brilliant! After first dance and some partying it was time for a cigar in memory of Adam’s grandad. A really nice touch, remembering those who couldn’t be at the wedding. Thanks so much Kate & Adam for having me along to tell your wedding story.
