Natural, relaxed & unobtrusive wedding photography
My style of photography is very relaxed and unobtrusive. I continue to look for natural, real moments all day in a wedding. Rather than a photograph of rings, the dress hung up or your shoes in a box I am looking for real moments that when you look back through your photos you remember the moment, how you felt and what emption it provoked. Award winning wedding photography
I have been lucky enough to continue where I left 2018 picking up several awards for my work so far this year. Wedding Photojournalists, This Is Reportage and Masters of Wedding Photography have all picked some of my photos as winners. I love seeing my work appreciated by some of the best photographers and awards in the industry. I am incredibly passionate about what I do and continue to strive to be the best I can be.
Top moments in 2019 so far
I have photographed all over the North West so far this year and have plenty more journeys around the whole of the U.K. Here are just a few of my favourite images from 2019 so far. I have photographed 15 fantastic weddings in 2019 and have 35 more to go! I love being a wedding photographer and capturing real moments for people.
2020 & 2021
I am fortunate enough to already be almost fully booked for 2019, 90% full for 2020 with 2021 filling up as well. If you’re looking for a natural & relaxed photographer who won’t be shouting or keeping you away from your guests for hours then please get in touch.

“Andy has been absolutely amazing since we very first booked him. I booked Andy on recommendation and I’m so so glad I did. Andy arrived prompt for bridal preparation and was on hand for all of the ‘before’ pics for both myself and my husband. He works in a way that I love, very relaxed and very natural. Literally feel like you’re not having your photos taken. Our wedding day was VERY warm and I was too hot to walk around the grounds of our venue and Andy was more than happy to work around me and do whatever I was comfortable with. He helped my day to run smoother, put my mind completely at ease and also made sure there were no guest cameras at the ceremony as requested! “Wow! what an amazing photographer Andy is! I booked Andy very early into my wedding planning and all the way leading up he kept in contact and was happy to help with anything.
My husband and I both had bridal and groom prep, he was very relaxed and natural so we hardly realised he was there!
Our wedding day did have spells of rain, Andy reasurred me leading up to the wedding and on the day that we would get outside for some shots and we did!! He worked very quick and efficiently to ensure we wasn’t away from our guests for too long!
Throughout the day Andy continued to get photos of everyone having such a great time, capturing very natural shots of all our guests. We loved the fact we got to see a few previews on the night too!
