Mitton Hall is a beautiful 15th century manor house situated in the RIbble Valley. With 18 guest bedrooms this is one of my favourite wedding venues to photograph in Lancashire.
Mitton Hall is one of my favourite venues to work in Lancashire. It is today a stunning design and decoration is perfectly complementary of the ancient architectural features to create a contemporary country house hotel. Both effortlessly beautiful and unashamedly romantic.

Tying the knot at Mitton Hall
I started the day at Mitton Hall with Amy and her bridesmaids, it was soon time to tie the knot and Jake was waiting for his bride. Once the service was finished it was time for confetti and drinks. We were lucky that the weather had changed and we had a bit of a dry patch.
Drinks reception at Mitton Hall
Mitton Hall provides the perfect space for drinks reception whatever the weather and today we had a mixed bag with some rain and some dry spells which meant we could get outside for some group photos and couples portraits. Before them though the guests enjoyed some relaxed drinks in the bar area before sitting down for a fabulous three course wedding breakfast and of course the speeches.
Couples portraits at Mitton Hall
Mitton Hall is such a great place for couples photos and we were lucky enough to get out during the dry spell for ten minutes. We headed down to the front of the Hall where there is a little bridge and water. Amy & Jake are great together and it was lovely being part of their day.
Congratulations to you both and I can’t wait to share your full set!
