Do you have any recommendations for videographer?
This is really important as videographers can impact my style. Drop me a message, I have a joint package with videographers!
What happens if the weather is shit?
We live in the UK, it happens. What the means is we will get outside when we can. But remember this phrase – A clean dress is a boring wedding, a dirty dress is a fun wedding.
How can we make a booking?
To begin with, get in touch. Click on – Contact Me. It would then be great to meet up and have a chat in person or chat on the phone. On receipt of a contract and a £400 deposit, I am officially yours for the day and will turn down all other requests.
How far will you travel?
Anywhere! I love weddings and so I am happy to travel!
How many photos do we get?
Although I wouldn’t put a limit on the amount of images you will get, I can assure you that you will receive a minimum of 350, all fully edited and beautiful images.
What is your style of photography?
My style of photography is to document your wedding as it happens, I am not going to photograph your dress hung up and your shoes on the floor. What I am going to do is capture raw, emotional, fun and happy memorable moments from your wedding – all that whilst allowing you to enjoy your wedding – not missing all the drinks and canapés.
You say you’re a natural wedding photographer – does this mean we won’t get couple photos of just the two of us?
Of course you will! What’s important to me is that you enjoy your day with your friends, family and new spouse. Because of this, I will only take you away for between 20-30 minutes to have some alone time. We will go for a walk or find a suitable location nearby. I will capture you in a natural, unposed and relaxed way. Just you being you without the awkwardness, silly poses or cheesy moments.
How long will you be at the wedding?
My coverage begins 2-3 hours before the ceremony starts, and then I finish at around 9pm. But depending on what package you want I can be with you all day and night!
Do we get a USB?
I decided to stop supplying USB’s as like other pieces of technology, USB’s will soon be non existent. So instead you get your images in a personalised online gallery – perfect to view, share and download your stunning wedding images.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
I normally allow 6 – 12 weeks. However I try to get them delivered in around 4-5 weeks.
What if we don’t like our photo being taken?
Welcome to my world. I hear this often, and my style and personality will be a good fit to help put you at ease. But honestly, don’t worry. It is much easier than you think and all I want is you to be you!
Are you insured?
Definitely. I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Do you do group photos?
Yes, I recommend the following groups,
Couple and parents (both sides)
Couple and immediate families (not extended families as they can be to big and time consuming)
Couple and groomsmen
Couple and bridesmaids
Couple and wedding party (Bridesmaids and groomsmen)Can you supply a second photographer for the day?
Yes – I only work with trusted photographers who have worked with me in the past. I am happy to discuss this further with you.
What happens if your camera breaks, do you have back up equipment?
Yes! I tend to always have three Sony A9’s with me, various lenses, four speed lights, ample memory cards, batteries and more. It would be very very unlikely that something would ever happen to all of my cameras.
What happens if you are ill?
I would honestly say I would have to be bed bound not to make a wedding, however if this was to happen, I am lucky that I know some fantastic wedding photographers who would be able to stand in.
